Live in or close to the popular Old Town. Public transport is very near. The price will be higher for short term rental like a month. Rental period rules
Short-term: 1 month to 6 months
Long-term: 6 months or more
Rental period from start May to end of August + middle December to middle of March: we often agree to Short-term stays
All other periods: we only take Long-term rental with 6 months or more

We are flexible with rental periods. For instance if you are an Erasmus student or only in Riga for shorter time.
